My name is Robert L Butler II, and I’m the founder of RR Lab Testing a mobile DNA testing company dedicated to delivering fast, accurate, and confidential results to individuals and families who need answers they can trust.

Before I started this business, I served my country as a 68W Combat Medic in the U.S. Army. Over the course of my military career, I had the honor of working in hospitals both in Colorado and South Korea, where I helped manage a wide range of medical situations from routine patient care to life-saving interventions in high-stress environments. At one point, I was in charge of running a triage center, where split-second decisions meant everything.

Those experiences shaped not just my clinical skills, but my approach to care. I learned the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compassion especially when people are facing moments of uncertainty or stress. After separating from the military and becoming a disabled veteran, I knew my calling to serve wasn’t over. I simply needed to find a new way to use my training to make a difference.

That’s what inspired me to create RR Lab Testing.
